John F. Kerry is back in the news, apparently after he made it publicover 200 Israeli covert operations in Syriato his bosom friend Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iran's foreign minister. One might think that this would have been a one-off event for the elegant Kerry, but one would be wrong. Let's review his odious career and draw the obvious conclusion - that John F. Kerry is a serial traitor to America.
Kerry was a former left-wing Democratic US Senator from Massachusetts with a habit of undermining US national security, the failed Democratic presidential nominee in 2004, and a terrible Secretary of State under Barack Obama. The hologram now has him as his "Climate Zar.” But before all these failures (and rest assured, his activity as “Klimazar” will continue its disastrous standard pattern) he was a controversial naval reserve officer, a collaborator with the North Vietnamese, and a wartime Protestant for a number of years during the Vietnam War. And the rest of his resume is just as abominable; let's take a look.
Vietnam-Era (1966 – 1978)
Kerry made his bones as an anti-war activist after undignified service on speedboats in Vietnam. There is much controversy surrounding his service and medals awarded, as well as his anti-war protests and false war crimes charges, as revealed in theFast vets and prisoners of war for the truthin 2004, much to the chagrin of Kerry's presidential campaign.Hereis just a foretaste (there is much more under the above link):
John Kerry's service in Vietnam lasted 4 months and 12 days and began in November 1968 when he reported to Cam Ranh Bay for a month's training. His abridged combat tour ended shortly after he requested a transfer from Vietnam on March 17, 1969, citing Navy Order 1300.39, which allowed personnel with three Purple Hearts to request reassignment. As far as we can determine, Kerry was the only Swift sailor to leave Vietnam without completing the standard year-long tour of duty, excluding those seriously wounded or killed.
It is clear that at least one of Kerry's Purple Heart awards was the result of his own negligence, not enemy fire, and that Kerry went to unusual lengths to receive the award after being turned down by his own commanding officer.
John Kerry has long insisted that using the three-injury loophole to get out of the fight early was his own idea, but Kerry's fellow Swift officer Thomas Wright, who occasionally served as the OIC (Officer in Charge) of Kerry's boat group , contradicts this claim. Wright reports that he "had great trouble getting Kerry to follow orders" and that those who worked with Kerry found him "oriented toward his personal goals rather than his unit goals." He therefore demanded that Kerry be removed from his boat group. After John Kerry qualified for his third Purple Heart, Thomas Wright and two colleagues briefed him on the obscure arrangement and told him to go home. Wright concluded, "We knew how the system worked and we didn't want him in Coastal Division 11.

Thomas Wright was one of John F. Kerry's Swift boat officers in Vietnam. Outranking Kerry in rank, Wright was for a time the officer in charge of Kerry's boat group, giving Wright the opportunity to observe Kerry's behavior and attitudes and the circumstances of his early departure from the war zone.
When John Kerry radioed another Swift boat, he used the call sign "Boston Strangler".
Working with the call sign "Boston Strangler" became problematic. "I had a lot of trouble getting him to follow orders," Wright recalls. “He had a different view of leadership and operations. Those of us with direct experience working with Kerry found him difficult and more aligned with his personal goals and objectives than the unit. I believed that overall responsibility rested squarely on the shoulders of the OIC or OTC in a free fire zone. You had to be right (before you opened fire). Kerry seemed to think that in a free fire zone there were no rules and that everyone should be killed. I didn't see it that way."
It got to a point where Wright told his division commander he no longer wanted Kerry in his boat group, so he was reassigned to another. "I had an idea of his actions, but I didn't have to be responsible for him." Then Wright and like-minded boat officers took matters into their own hands. "When he got his third Purple Heart, three of us told him to go. We knew how the system worked and we didn't want him in Coastal Division 11. Kerry didn't tamper with the system, we did.
Then there was his collusion with the North Vietnamese enemy during the Paris Peace Accords in 1970, when he was still technically a naval reserve officer. This meeting was in direct violation ofUS-Code 18 USC 953, which states:
Any citizen of the United States, wherever located, who, without the authorization of the United States, enters into or engages in correspondence or dealings, directly or indirectly, with any foreign government or any official or representative thereof, with a view to influencing the actions or Conduct by any foreign government or any official or representative thereof in relation to any dispute or controversy with the United States or to thwart the action of the United States shall be punishable under this title by a fine or imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years, or both.
Kerry's treacherous exploits against the war were not limited to aiding the North Vietnamese enemy by direct encounters; He alsotestified before Congress:
Kerry told Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman J. William Fulbright in a question-and-answer session on Capitol Hill a year after their Paris meetings that the war must end "immediately and unilaterally."
Then Kerry added: "I was in Paris. I spoke to both delegations at the peace talks, that is, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Provisional Revolutionary Government.”
However, both delegations to which Kerry referred were communist. Neither included the US allies, South Vietnamese, nor any members of the US delegation. The Democratic Republic of Vietnam was the government of the North Vietnamese communists and the Provisional Revolutionary Government (PVR) was an arm of the North Vietnamese government that included the Viet Cong.
Finally, Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird, in the interest of healing the nation's wounds after the Vietnam Warrefused two requests from the Navy to court-martial Kerryfor this and other anti-war activities.
US-Senator (1984 – 2012)
During his pathetic Senate career, Kerryagainst EVERY cold war policy of Reaganand, as already mentioned, campaigned for the communist Sandinistas in Nicaragua in the 1980sHereuntilLos Angeles Times:
Many leaders were involved in Washington's Cold War triumph, howeverRonald ReaganHis contributions were crucial, and Kerry defied each of them. Reagan's defense build has dashed Soviet leaders from any hope that they could ultimately outperform the United States. Kerry derided these military spending as "inflated" and "unrelated to the threat."
In particular, Reagan's plan to seek a missile defense system against Soviet ICBMs and NATO's decision to deploy new missiles in Europe to counter the new Soviet deployment there rendered the Kremlin's huge investment in nuclear supremacy useless.
Instead of these measures, Kerry advocated a unilateral “nuclear ban”.
Reagan also showed the Soviets that history was not necessarily on their side by ousting Grenada's unpredictable communist regime and arming anti-communist guerrillas to challenge Nicaragua's left-wing oligarchs.
Kerry denounced the US action in Grenada as "a show of force by a tyrant," and he opposed our support for guerrillas in Nicaragua as loudly as anyone in the USsenate,He even traveled to Managua to try and strike a deal with Sandinista strongman Daniel Ortega to thwart Reagan's policies.
Democratic Presidential Candidate (2004)
During his presidential candidacy, in the run-up to the Iraq war, he torturously made flip-flops for political reasons. His infamous ambiguity, which he couldn't shake, was: "I was for the Iraq war before I was against it“:
The virulent anti-war code pink made big waves in Democratic Party politics before and afterThe Senate passed the 2002 resolution authorizing the use of military force against Iraq, and Kerry had his eye on the White House - hence the ambiguity, knowing that most Americans back then supported military action in response to 9/11 (though missed by George W. Bush). Kerry is always a man of principles - or lack thereof when it comes to enhancing US national security!
State Secretary (2013 – 2016)
Kerry upped his perfidious game while serving as Obama's Secretary of State (replacing Hillary Clinton). Throughout his public career, he endlessly supported the normalization of relations with communist Cuba. Luckily for him, Obama shared his vision, allowing Kerry to make his triumphant visit to the reopening of the US Embassy in Havana in 2015, as reported by theLos Angeles TimesHere.
It seems like Kerry loved (or sided with) every anti-American terrorist organization in existence. This certainly included the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), as noted by the inimitable Daniel Greenfield ashere in partin 2016:
Stop by your local post office and you might see a poster of Rodrigo "Timochenko" Londono hanging alongside the Most Wanted posters of bank robbers and fugitives. The State Department has offered a $5 million reward for information on the communist terrorist leader.
But all the State Department had to do wasask Secretary of State Kerry. Obama has made waves with the Cuban dictator and Kerry has met with Timochenko, leader of the FARC, a Marxist terrorist organization that ranks slightly above Al Qaeda on his own department's list of foreign terrorist organizations. Timochenko is a communist educated at the USSR's notorious Patrice Lumumba University. The State Department accuses him of ordering the kidnapping of Americans and of being responsible for much of the cocaine smuggled into the United States.
But none of that bothered Kerry, who accepted a signed copy of a memoir by the former leader of the terrorist group, addressed to "Senor" Kerry.
Later, Kerry and his associates were involved in distributing the fake Russian dossier. The thoroughly debunked dossier was presented to Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Jonathan Winer as part of the internal "review" process conducted by the Obama administration in 2015-16.as noted herefrom The Hill:
An official at former President Obama's State Department has confirmed a Republican claim that former British spy Christopher Steele and associates are hisHillary Clintongave him intelligence reports claiming thatPresident Trumpwas compromised by the Russians.
In a comment for the Washington Posttitled "Devin NunesInvestigating Me: Here’s the Truth,” former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Jonathan Winersays Steele and Clinton confidante Sidney Blumenthal contacted him with separate dossiers alleging wrongdoing between Trump and Russia.
In the op-ed, Winer explains that Steele first approached him in September 2016 with the Trump dossier. Winer distilled the dossier into a two-page summary, which he shared with former Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, who notified the then Secretary of StateJohn kerry.
Kerry was also aware of Deputy Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland's 2016 interactions with Fusion GPS. As notedHere, she "was the State Department official who gave the green light to the FBI to meet with former British spy Christopher Steele, who was putting together the dossier for Fusion GPS.“
In short, Kerry knew about the fake Steele dossier but helped perpetuate the Democrats' hoax. This hoax crippled the Trump administration and undermined U.S. national security and confidence in American leadership around the world — just as the Democrats planned.
Then there is Kerry's enduring friendship with the Iranian mullahs, which began when he helped push through Obama's "Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action" with the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI), which was never ratified by the US Senate. Kerry's "diplomacy" played a big part in bringing this dreadful deal to fruition. Furthermore, he must have been at least aware that the mullahs were given "pallets of cash" in January 2016 when he was not directly involved in the transmission, CBS News reportedHere:
The Obama administration said Wednesday it paid $1.3 billion in interest to Iran in January to settle a decades-long dispute over an undelivered military sale, two days after it flown $400 million in cash to Tehran.
State Department spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau said the US could not say more about the Jan. 19 payments because of diplomatic sensitivities. They included 13 separate payments totaling $99,999,999.99 and a final payment of approximately $10 million. There was no explanation for Treasury keeping individual transactions under $100 million.
This money was used by the IRI "to pay its main protagonist, the Lebanon-based terrorist group Hezbollah, along with the Quds Force, Iran's main foreign intelligence agency and covert action arm and element of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps," to support the Houthi rebels in Yemen, As already mentionedHere. Isn't it interesting that President Trump isAbraham Accordsaimed at untangling Iran's support for terrorist organizations as well as the JCPOA, which was a glide path for an IRI nuclear bomb? In short, to unravel the rat's nest left behind by Obama's and John F. Kerry's Middle East policies.
Outside Government (2017 – 2020)
Kerry's undermining of official US national security continued after he left government. He has almost certainly violated Logan Law by engaging in unauthorized dealings with foreign governments as a private citizen, as noted even here by Kerry's normally friendly home newspaper.The Boston Globe:
[Kerry] has sat down with Secretary of State Javad Zarif at the United Nations to discuss ways to uphold the pact limiting Iran's nuclear weapons program. It was the second time in about two months that the two had met to devise a strategy to salvage a deal they negotiated for years during the Obama administration
... Kerry was on an aggressive but clandestine mission to preserve [the JCPOA], using his extensive contact lists, amassed during his time as top US diplomat, to try to exert outside pressure on the Trump administration exercise.
Kerry also met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier last month, and he spoke on the phone with top EU official Federica Mogherini, who spoke on condition of anonymity to disclose the private meetings, according to the source.
Kerry has also met with French President Emmanuel Macron in both Paris and New York and discussed the details of sanctions and regional nuclear threats in both French and English.
Kerry was a former US secretary of state without portfolio who negotiated with foreigners to undermine a US president-elect's foreign and national security policies. How is that not the actual definition of a violation of theLogan Act?
